Frederick's restaurant is an Islington institution, having been established in 1969. Somewhat changed over the past forty-six years, the restaurant and bar has multiple spaces for dining and private events. In a competitive London market Frederick's realised that even with a loyal and long standing customer base, it is imperative to constantly remind London diners of their offering.

Having previously relied on more traditional marketing methods, part of our brief was to engage customers using digital channels. This has involved rationalising the extensive database and modernising the existing website design. We have then implemented a programme of frquent customer communication, involving email and social media.

In addition we have also developed the corporate dining and event sector using telemarketing campaigns and various marketing collateral as Fredeick's have an abundance of businesses in close proximity and excellent dining space to cater for this client sector.
